Is Your Dream Home a Manufactured Home?
Nobody can fulfill your needs like you, which is why we firmly believe that the best way to find your dream home is to build it yourself, and we have the resources to help you do just that. We are redefining the way people buy residential homes by putting the power in their hands.
Our manufactured homes, or (HUD) homes, are built to federal standard building codes. The federal construction safety standard act, or (HUD/CODE), went into effect in 1976. Since that time, the federal standards have regulated all aspects of design, construction, heating and electrical systems, energy efficiency, quality, and more.
This standard is adjustable to account for the region or climate in which the home will be placed. A third party inspector will inspect each home to confirm it is compliant with the required building, safety, and quality standards. Once the inspection is approved, a HUD certification will be attached to the home.
